Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee and/or loss of your deposit. No-Shows No-shows will result in the loss of any deposit paid. A new deposit may be required before booking another appointment. Repeated no-shows may require full payment in advance. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your service being shortened, cancelled, or rescheduled depending on availability. Deposits Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your remaining balance and are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Guests & Children Please avoid bringing additional guests unless they are also receiving a service. Minors receiving applicable services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have appropriate parental/guardian consent. Appointment Preparation Please arrive prepared for your scheduled service and follow any preparation or aftercare instructions provided. Failure to properly prepare may affect whether your service can be completed. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these booking policies.
